How do we get started?

Request an account, add balance, create an API key, choose a model ID, and make your first API call. The account request link uses email while the customer platform is being connected.

What does token mean?

A token is a unit used to measure model input and output. It is not a cryptocurrency, security, or investment product.

How does billing work?

Usage is deducted from your account balance. Language models are metered by input, cached-input, and output tokens where supported; image and video models use their applicable generation units.

Do you support high-volume usage?

Yes. Standard API usage is pay-as-you-go, while high-volume requirements can be discussed with SilixarCloudInc through the contact email.
